Benefits of Kurma.

Dates
     Dates or Kurma are amongst the most ancient of fruits which help in maintaining a healthy immune system. They are rich in fibers, nutrients, minerals and vitamins and are and ideal and healthy snack for children and adults. Besides being a good source of instant energy they can also be used in  making cookies and cakes. Dates are free from sodium, fat and cholesterol and are ideal for the health conscious.

 
                                 
My preference is the Mabroum Kurma.  They are BIGGER, and chewy (additional health advantage that is to exercise my face hehehe...).
